Rose Willow - Delicate Face Cleansing Gel

Star Ingredients:

Willow Bark Extract: Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant. Rich in salicin, which helps clean pores, eliminate bacteria and exfoliate the skin. It also contains high contents of flavonoids and tannins, that help improve the appearance of skin tone and inflammation.

 

Aloe Vera: Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial. Loaded with vitamins, enzymes, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. In addition to cooling and soothing properties, studies show it also has the ability to relieve pain from wounds and sunburns, and restore the epidermis. Additionally, the leaf skin has been shown to exhibit antibacterial properties.

 

Castile Soap: Natural, biodegradable soap made from saponified plant oils. Gentle enough to use on babies' delicate skin but strong enough to kill bacteria, reduce blemishes and clean oily skin.

Your skin follows a circadian rhythm that influences biological functions such as cell renewal, DNA repair, barrier protection and moisture loss. Recent studies show that the highest sebum production happen in the mornings and the highest TEWL (moisture loss) happens in the afternoons, evenings and at night.  

 

Rose Willow may be used day and night to work with your body's chronobiology:

 

Morning: to clean skin and reduce sebum build-up

Night: to clean away the day and prep your skin to receive and retain moisturizing products.

 

Use a small amount of gel cleanser to lather over damp face (neck and décolleté), massaging gently into skin to break up oils and residue. Rinse with warm water. Use the help of a soft washcloth to remove stubborn make-up. Tone and moisturize post-cleansing.
