We accept online payments by credit card and PayPal. To pay offline, select 'Manual Payment' at check-out and contact sales at to coordinate.
We offer free ground shipping via FedEx Ground / USPS within the contiguous United States for orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.99 with USPS Ground Service. Transit times vary by location but are generally within 1 – 7 business days, depending on location. Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses (with zip codes) for additional fees and lead times. Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx. Order processing times are 1 – 2 business days for stock items. Please note that special customized items may require anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks for production. Lead times will be provided during your consultation. Our shipping department operates Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order and a second email with your tracking information once the order has shipped.
Your needs are important to us. We want our products to work for you, not the other way around. If you are not completely satisfied with your product experience, you will receive a full product refund. Please do not return the used / opened product. For products that are damaged in transit, you may request a refund or reshipment of the order upon verification.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:
Orders that are cancelled prior to processing & shipment will be credited back to the original payment method within 2 business days. Credit cards have varying processing times. Please check with your credit card provider for details.
Orders that are cancelled post shipment, will receive a refund once the unused / unopened product has been returned back to us. You may return unused / unopened product within 15 days of shipment arrival date. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned orders. Customers are responsible for return postage of cancelled and returned orders.
