Star Ingredients:

Elderberry:  Contains anthocyanins and cytokines, which may have immune-boosting effects*

Ginger: Contains gingerol, a phytocompound believed to be immune-boosting.*

To create your enhancing beverage, shake jar / pouch before each use to ensure that you get all the goodness of the blend.

Dosage & instructions:

• Infusion: +1 tsp per 1 cup (make it as strong as you like). Steep in +200° F or boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
• Milk Latte: Add to steamed plant-based milks. 
• Cold brew: brew 24 hours in a sealable glass container in the refrigerator.
• Concentrated mixer base: use 2- 3 tsp to 1/8 cup of +200° water for 8 mins. Let cool or add ice and mix as desired.
