Cacao: contains theobromine, which provides long, sustained energy, and antioxidant, anti-inflammatory polyphenols including Epicatechins, which promote cognitive and vascular health.

Green Tea: Nootropic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant. Contains powerful ECGC's, and L-Theanine, which help boost mental focus, energy and mood. The neuroprotective properties help fight free radicals and oxidative stress, which may also help improve immunity.

Dosage & instructions:

• +1 tsp per 1 cup of tea (make it as strong as you like). Steep in +185° F water for 3 minutes.
• Make it a Cacao Chai Latte. Add to steamed plant-based milks. Add ice for an iced Cacao Chai.
• Cold brew for 24 hours in a sealable glass container (mason jar). 

*Contains low levels of caffeine (about 4 -8 mgs per cup).
