Palo Santo: Ethically and Sustainably sourced from the dry forests of Ecuador and Peru, cultivated from fallen trees and branches.

Ecuador: Aroma is sweet, woody, balsamic, with notes of cinnamon, vanilla & coconut. 6 per bundle

Peru: Aroma is spicy, woody, resinous with notes of citrus and mint. 5 per bundle, larger sticks equivalent to 6 Ecuadorian sticks.

How to use:

Light your stick, blow out the flame once it starts smoking, and smudge your environment. Enjoy the aromatherapeutic effects. A little goes a long way.

Breath Ritual: Sit in a relaxed position. Start by taking a moment to breathe in the comforting aroma of Palo Santo. Let it envelop your senses. Breathe in through your nose, hold for a few seconds and exhale slowly through your mouth, as you release your body's tension. Breathe in through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and breathe our slowly through your mouth, pushing out the clutter and calming you mind. Repeat, and let all your stress slip away.
